For the engine mount, see if the engine sudden sink and up or moving back or forwth at one side while you shifting gear. Engine vibration is different and it exists all the time. What really matters is the engine move back and forwth or sudden sink and up a lot. If so, check the mount rubber to see if it broken or crack. Typically there are three mounts.
