2008 nissan altima 兩年保養問題（新手急求幫助）

2008年1月買的新車，到現在已經兩年了。一直按照車子的保養手冊保養。今天看見24個月的保養上要換很多東西。想問問有沒有必要換?
do I have to replace:
transmission fluid
engine coolant/flush system
engine drive belt
radiator cap
radiator hoses
順便想問問如果都換的話，這5項大概要多少刀？
