For DIYers: I only recommend two cars

If you want to have a nice, confortable, safe and durable car, here is two I recommend:

(1) Diesel: 86-87 Mercedes 300SDL - this car can run 500kmi, easy to fix with timeless styling. Avoid engine head no 14. Don't be confused with 88-91 350SDL, which has rod bending issue so stay away.

(2) 88-91 Crown Victora - this car can run 300kmi, very durable and easy to fix.
