請教這是什麽東西在漏水？謝謝！

Nissan Sentra 1996
下雨的時候副駕位置的工具箱下麵，地毯上麵的一個螺帽的位置會不停的往下滴水
如果下雨前 室內/外空氣循環開關 是在室內循環檔，下雨過後打到室外循環檔就會有
一股水嘩地流出來，好像水存在一個控製室內外空氣循環控製開關的地方。
請問這個自己能修嗎？
貌似車鋪不想修這玩意兒。
