excluding sales tax, OTD price is the good number

OTD price is how much you'll pull from your pockets, it's a real number buyers concern about. If sales tax rates are the same (or similar) among States, this is the best number to ask, because different dealers put up all kind of fees, such as doc fee, paint protection charge, dealer prep fees, etc, and we know those are just excuses to steal buyers' money.

Once people tell how much s/he paid OTD, with tax rate or State where s/he is at, the OP will be able to know what the fair price is.
