想買二手VAN, 緊急求助！

姐姐一家三口來探親，呆三個月，需要買輛VAN。
想買價格10K上下， 年份05、06左右的，打算在他們走後就賣掉。
可是不知道到時好賣嗎？損失大約有多少?
