請問冷卻液滲漏到發動機裏是不是很嚴重的問題？如何處理？

剛跑長途歸來，大概跑了7000公裏。換機油的時候發現機油口蓋子上有水滴，冷卻液也突然減少了。但問題好像不很嚴重，沒發現有什麽不正常。
