請教! 方向盤左右抖動. 謝謝!

方向盤有左右抖動的現象,已經持續一段時間.多數情況下感覺到,有時感覺不到.不知是否與所謂"CV JOINT"有關?如果是這個問題,是否可以堅持使用或必須修理?車比較舊,如可能不想在上邊花錢.請有經驗的大俠指教.謝謝!
