If you bought from dealership

You can try to file a complaint to business department of CA state. Or you can check CA govenment website to see if there is a general law office. Write to them and see what happens. Typically, you do not have a strong case and perhaps there is nothing you can do to recover your loss. Filing a complaint to govenment agency is free and is worth trying.
