求教: 是否是車內排氣汙染

開車時,如果打開通風,窗戶關閉. 鼻子,眼睛,喉噥會很難受. 所以平時我都關通風係統.偶爾開窗.
為此,我已換過cabin air filter, 但還是沒有改善.
這是否是車內排氣汙染? 多謝了.
