Several things

1. See if water pump seeping.
2. See if the Themostat installed in the correct direction
3. See if the coolant level is full. Inspect this by opening the radiator cap, while engine is completely cold. Top off the radiator if it is not full.
4. See if there is leak in the coolant loop.
