請大家給講講如何在買二手車時使用"bill of sale"

我幾年前賣我的車時並沒有用這個，現在準備買二手車了有不少朋友建議用bill of sale。大家能否給些經驗和意見使用它的好處及缺點等？

另外，在bill of sale中標注的價格是否為含稅的最終價格？若是這樣的話，sales tax應由誰來負給DMV呢？
