I bet they will deny.

I got similar situation like you a couple years ago. I told the dealers and they denied. I then wrote a complaint letter to BBB. But the dealers still denied and I have no way to deal with them because I have no strong evidence to support my claim (in fact, it was the dealer's fault, and I knew it). Those dealers are all mean guys.
