問問各位高手：shock & struts replacement

不知道我說的部件對不對-大致是防震係統。

我的是2005年Focus。 五萬邁吧。這兩天去換油，mechanic說最近shock& struts 有 sale. 說我的shock & struts 該換了。

價格（加4 wheel alignment）： $550.

我的問題：
1. 五萬邁，一定要換 shock & struts 嗎？
2. 如果換，價格是否公道？
