there are two kind of oil: dino and synchetic.
1) 07 camry doesn't require synch oil; dino oil suffices. if you are in very cold area, synch oil may help start up better, less cold wear.
2) synch oil, particularly extended synch oil lasts longer before break-down. from that point, it offsets the extra cost by going extra miles.
3) the best synch oil in america is mobil 1, a "full synch". if you want to go with synch oil, using mobil 1 won't be wrong. keep in mind, toyota isn't an oil company, what it does was purchasing oil from other refineries and relabeling it. you pay the extra for the name.
4) among mobil 1 synch oils, there are many different kind of synch oil, like 5w30, 10w30, 0w40, etc; each represents a specific characteristic. you need to find out which one is the best to you car.
