nissan altima, cheaper to fix

you didn't specify what model the last nissan is, anyway, they are both high mileage cars, there is no big difference between 114kmi and 131kmi engine-wise. so take the least expensive one. before buying it, check by a mechanic to make sure no major issues on engine and trans.
