A lady call "Car Talk" on NPR for help: Whenever she pumps gas, gas will shoot out from the tank. Everytime she pumps gas, it will take her 30 minutes and has to pay for extra over-spills. The car guys told her that there is a mechanism (which I don't remember the name) when you pump gas, there is a vacuum to suck out the air in the tank so that you can continue to pump until it is full. If the vacuum fails, that the tank will mistakenly think that it is full and stop. You need to go to an honest mechanic to check it out.
