年底前一定可以以$3000 below invoice 的價格買到 LEXUS ES350?

I plan to buy ES350 soon or in a few months and do not mind to buy the 2009 model. Can you give us your analysis how could I 年底前一定可以以$3000 below invoice 的價格買到 LEXUS ES350? Would like to learn from you the best way to buy a new car! That would be a great help!
And BTW: after saw your message for MB E350- I was really excited for a few days-= but the local dealers did not have much inventory and I do not know MB E350- and eventually decide to still stick with LEXUS.
