請教，買舊車的問題

這個2001年 Accord EX (Coupe) ，賣家開價 $5500 ，是否合適？
是一個owner，但去年有個小事故，換了後部bumper。
第一次買車，請問我在試駕的時候要注意些什麽，估計能砍到多少呢?謝謝！
