Not sure what are the terms of your car warranty. Normally Toyota provide 36000mi/36months bumper to bumper and 50kmi/5year power train, whichever comes first. You have gone out of bumper to bumper, and clutch may not be considered as power train (you can ask the dealer or check your user manual). In any event, after they checked, if they tell you it's not covered by warranty, you just run away from them, find an individual shop to do the job for you.
