Camry,2003車型,70,000miles.power steering 發出奇怪的聲

在轉動方向盤時,發出吱吱的聲音,但在天熱或跑了一會兒後,聲音變小.檢查power steering fluid是滿的.懷疑是不是需要換油?有沒有朋友有相同的問題?
