一個很傻的問題：汽車開冷氣是耗油還是耗電？

前兩周本地很熱，搭某人車，她不開冷氣，說費油。俺沒敢接茬。俺一直認為冷氣是用蓄電池的電。請高人給解釋一下。_:$ _:$ _:$
