I found that some people recommend 2 fluid change

at a interval of 5K miles. As the first change will not be able to change the old fluid in the convertor, so let the new fluid circulate the old fluid for 5k miles, and then change the fluid again with Honda ATF. This way, the old fluid is 95% replaced.
