查買車成交價的網站

記得有這樣一個網站，剛剛買了新車的人會把他們的成交價貼上去供大家參考。請問誰知道網址呀？

另外，現在想買新車，請問一輛新車的價格都有幾部分構成？我隻想要最最基礎的搭配，怎麽砍價呀？
