換輪胎好費勁啊，wrench 不對？

2000 Buick Lesarbe custom.
用了幾個wrench，輪胎上的螺絲帽緊的要命，可能我用的大小和型號都不對。
是不是要用專用的wrench?

我看了看螺絲上,好像有metric of 9 。
但我不知道是什麽意思，該買什麽樣的工具比較省力氣，謝謝。
