Tell them to bring back to what it was or put all parts back and deliver it to your home drive way. It's their fault, not yours. If they don't, file to claim court. Their score speaks itself, and can be used in court supporting your claim. You might need another car for some time.

If you pay $400, they'll be glad they've made it again successfully.
