Different cars have different number of belts, however, when you change one, you are recommend to change them all in once. In case of only one belt, these terms are all referring to the same one: fan belt, accessory belt, auxiliary belt and serpentine belt.

If your car has multiple belts, it't not uncommon, the fan belt is the one to fan, while A/C belt to A/C compressor... You need to know your car so to determine. But I can't imagine you only change fan belt but leave other old belts there.
