加州灣區: 拿ticket了, 請問上法院能減免罰款嗎?

加州灣區: 拿ticket了, violation code: 21453B. 是沒有讓U_turn 的車, 實際是讓過一輛, 沒想到第二輛還是. 罰款 $212, 若上traffic school $251.

不大懂: Request Court Appearance 的兩個 options:
1: Arraignment -- Appearance to hear your charges, advisement of right and entry of plea
2: Court Trial -- Contest the citation.

該選那個好?? 上法庭, 能減免一些罰款?? 謝謝!!
