at the moment when
Engine #1
(最高馬力第一點，但是力矩曲線平一些的另一個發動機)
wins over
Engine#2
(勝過靠高轉發馬力的發動機)

The Engine #1 provides more horse power than Engine #2.
And this horse power is not the peak horsepower.
