Buy new Sienna -- Choose 2009 or 2010?

Please help:
I have 2 kids so I want to buy a new Sienna. There are 2009 and 2010 from dealors. I was told no difference between and the price is several handreds difference.
Should I buy 2009 or pay a little bit more for 2010?
BTW, Should I buy LE or XLE? which model? Please help.
