1) Get an estimate, for all damages resulted from the accident, go to claim court so to get money.

2) Consult AG's office or BAR office, explain to them what has happened, trying to nail her down. You can't sue her for financial gain, but you can impress the layers to indict her for perjury (wasting public resources).
