Go under your car too see if

there is any foreigners (wires, sticks,...) hooking to your car or any part falling apart; Open the hood to see if there is any part loosing or falling apart, including the heat irradiator, fans, fuse boxes,....Otherwise, it is safer to get a mechanical check.
