請問:汽車加速轟轟響的問題

剛買了一輛二手的VOLKSWAGON PASSAT WAGON, 試車時沒有太注意, 最近,發現當要上坡加速或提速為此踩油門時,發動機就伴隨有"嗡-"的響聲, 上完坡, 下坡或者在平地行使時踩油門很平穩, 沒有聲音, 請問是什麽問題呢? 是因為需要換機油嗎? 需要修嗎? 會很貴嗎?
另外, 手冊中建議加91號以上的油,我加了87號油,不知道有沒有影響?
