your driver's license will get suspended. Otherwise, you will be fine. You need to find out if that state is in the same system with your own state.

For example, I'm in NY and I got a ticket in CA 6 years ago. I checked online and found CA's not in NY's system so I ignored that ticket, and I'm fine. It will not show up in your DMV record.
