A rule of thumb when driving in the United States is never trying to pass the 10 miles per hour mark over the posted speed limit. If you have a business, you can consider to hire a lawyer and to charge the legal cost to your business spending. Usually, the lawyer fee is about 5~10 times of the ticket itself.
