緊急：加油轉速很高車無力，求助

今天忘了關小燈，結果下午下班無法啟動，用別人的車的電池連到我車上啟動後，有明顯的皮帶打滑聲音，幾十秒後消失，開了20min左右想充充電，但發現加油轉速提升但車無力，速度上不去，轉速3000時也隻有50miles，起步時也感覺車無力。請問這種情況是火花塞的故障還是其他問題？但願不是變速箱吧？前段時間engine燈報警檢查後是第3缸misfire，後來又沒報警了就沒急著換火花塞。
嗚嗚，急死了。
