Japanese cars (such as Toyota and Honda) reached superior qualities around early to mid 90’s. Unfortunately, their manufacturing qualities dropped substantially after 2005. German cars relatively keep their qualities with German models. However, they are expensive and the main character concerning high-speed stability can not be fully shown up in both USA and Canada due to the unreasonably low speed limits.
