得拉瓦州的車到紐約被警察抓了，開了１００刀罰單，當時是綠燈我右轉，倒黴的是綠燈牌子邊上掛了一個不大的黑字排，說７am－７pm不能轉彎，請教我該怎麽辦，不交罰款會有什麽後果，保險會不會漲？交的話保險會不會漲？_:'( _:'(
