出事故了，求助

人生終於完整了。周四下雨，停在一個路口等綠燈的時候被後麵的車撞了。車的後bumper，trunk和右側的燈壞了。保險公司給了我幾個body shop讓我選。今天去問了三家，一千五，兩千到三千不等。3000的那家用的是新的part估價的。但是body shop跟我講，因為我的車已經很老了（9年9萬4千邁），我的保險公司，state farm，很可能要求要用used part。那樣的話就是$2000。

我的問題是，既然我有全保，那我選哪家應該沒有關係吧？另外我能不能讓保險公司把錢直接給我？另外，如果對方driver沒有liability的話，我的deductible是不是就得自己出了？
