I did not go through all detail, maybe the big differences are non leather, speakers (6 instead of 11 - holy cow!), 18" wheel instead of 20" (holy cow, 20" is very big), compass, rain detect wiper, etc.

If you add leather and all other luxury features into Camry V6, you might end up with 33+K as well.
