car accident -- need suggestion

I have a car accident recently.

It was on local street in very slow speed. There is at the cross of 3 way road. The road end, so the traffic either go left or go right. My car need to make right turn. The traffic light is green, the car before me stopped for no reason. My car is slowing down to prepare the right turn, but I did not expect the car before me will stopped. So my car hit that car in
Her car has very little scretch which can be easily removed by "scretch remover". I tooked the photoes. She was trying to call 911 but policy refuse to come for that small accident. I gave her my insurance information and I was expect the damage is small so I ask her to let me know what the estimate will be. If small I'd rather pay her in cash.

She called me one day later and notice my the bumper fix will cost $1000. I say that is above I expected let's go for insurance.

Today I got my insurance company's message says that she is planning to fire body injury. I have not talk to my insurance yet, but I just cannot believe it. Any one have any experience on that? Does whatever she claim my insurance will pay? If I am not agree on that what I can do ?

By the way I am in LA and I have house.
