There is no single test can tell the real safety of a car, and ----- what is this "safety" you guys are arguing about anyway? Do you mean the chances of being killed or seriously injured in any given car crash?
There are such statistical analysis already, which concluded that there is a reverse relation and association of the car mass and critical injuries including death based on 2 trauma center data with a total sample of more than 1000 patients seen in the emergent room after a car accident. This statistical data includes ANY accident involving injuries to the drivers and/or passengers.
Some want to be the eggs. Some want to be the rocks. Ideally they don't have to crash into each other. But when that happens, well, sorry for the eggs.
