are you saying you thought your car (truck) had ben sold but not yet? if so, you don't need to pay past due, just go to DMV and register this truck as a non-driving vehicle - a nominal fee. when you didn't register it, you were not suppose to drive or park it on a public road. no panic, you are fine.
