Usually dealer doesn't have RX350 base

Have you checked with your local dealer to make sure they have 2009 RX 350 base? The most dealer do not have base model available.
I don't know does RX350 base model 2009，$35k resonable or not, but I know the MSRP - $9,000 to $10,000 is the resonable price in current.
