動過車冷卻係統的說說，換下來的coolant怎麽處理？

車的節溫器(thermostat)似乎出問題了，表現在溫度指示上升慢，穩定後停在比以前低的溫度。油耗比以前多了點，但現在天冷，多耗點也算正常。主要體現在溫度上，車裏加熱也慢得很。這個周末如果天不冷的話準備換了它，放coolant是不可避免的，據說是個挺毒的東東，不能亂倒，哪裏回收呢？
