Practically, for a lady, RX350 is softer (i.e. more comfortable on road) and the style matches better.

Besides,99% SUV owners do not ever take any serious
offroad action. What they really want is a tall wagon
and refuse to have image problem that associates with VAN.

So, I think the RX350, the cross over is more suitable
for you.

Of course, if you want some serious offroad fun, pick the Benz
