車禍該如何處置

朋友今出車禍，高速上撞壞他人的右後BUMPER，自己車子的左前BUMPER損壞，安全氣囊彈出，有焦味，但車子尚能開。保險為FULL COVERAGE，DEDUCTABLE為$500.00,人安全無恙。 請問：

1。 車速在多大的情況下發生撞擊會彈出安全氣囊？
2。 拖車一般為多少費用？修車大概多少費用？對方車輛和朋友的車的修車費用是都由合計起來，扣除朋友的DEDUCTABLE， 然後由朋友的保險公司支付還是如何?
3。 保費大概會上漲多少？
