換輪胎一定要用Torque Wrench嗎？

請問換輪胎一定要用Torque Wrench嗎？

我檢查了一下刹車片， 把輪胎卸下又裝上， 沒有用Torque Wrench。後來看了書有Torque force數據。 把輪胎再裝上一定要用Torque Wrench嗎？
