菜鳥提問: what does this Carfax info. mean? Sorry I could not type Chinese at lab.

It is a 2002 Honda Odyssey EX, CARFAX showed everything clean until 3.17.2006, from that date, it says "dealer inventory, vehicle offered for sale (88,841 miles)". Then for next 3 years, nothing showed on Carfax. I found it at a local dealer and he asked for $7450, currently it has 95,000 miles. It seems very strange that for 3 years, only drove for 6000 miles. Ask for suggestions: is it good to buy it and how much I should offer? thanks a lot.
