It is new.

I did offer $20000 with my trade in (03 Mazda MPV EX43000 mils, leather) for 08 highlander v6, 4wd with leather. (leather is added by dealer, charge me $1800). Dealer offered me $25896+1800=$27696 and I offered dealer $20000+my mazda.

I am thinking this is a good deal. It is about 20% discount on the car and $6500 for my mazda.

Any thoughts?
